What is Discovery?
Discovery is a free after school program right here at Knollwood Elementary.
Each day at Discovery, we work on skills we learned in school and skills that are needed for life outside of school. We work on math, literacy, science,p.e. and technology skills all while having a fun and engaging time. We make sure that students get help with finishing homework and practicing reading skills with a qualified teacher each day before they go home. We have kind and caring staff that will be with your child during their time in the program. At Discovery, we make sure that our students get a snack each day so that they can continue their learning steps out side of traditional school hours. Each day may start the same but no two days are ever alike.
