Fun upcoming event!!
Knollwood's Seuss-a-palooza/Carnival is this Thursday, February 26th from 4:30-6:30! Come join us for a nacho dinner and fun games! We will also have a concession stand for you to purchase some snacks. (small bills appreciated) We will have a Dr. Seuss Art Gallery. You may vote by purchasing tickets and placing them in the fish bowl of the art piece you like best. Tickets are $1.00 each or $5.00 for an arms length. We hope to see you there!
Do you have a child that will be 5 on or before 9/1/26 and is ready to start Kindergarten? Believe it or not, it is time for Kindergarten Sign Ups for the 2026-2027 school year. Please see the attached flyer to see how you can sign your student up.

Just a reminder that Butter Braid order forms and money are due tomorrow, Friday, February 20th. Please turn these in at the office before 3:00. No late orders can be accepted. Thank you for helping raise money for our school!

KNOLLWOOD IS SELLING BUTTER BRAIDS FOR A FUNDRAISER AGAIN THIS YEAR! ORDER FORMS HAVE ALREADY GONE HOME WITH STUDENTS. THE ORDER FORMS AND MONEY ARE DUE NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 20TH. YOU MAY TURN THEM IN TO YOUR STUDENTS TEACHER OR THE OFFICE. HELP RAISE MONEY FOR OUR MIGHTY KNIGHTS!
SUMMER DISCOVERY APPLICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE OFFICE! IF YOU NEED A FUN PLACE FOR YOUR KIDDOS THIS SUMMER, STOP IN A GRAB AN APPLICATION. ENROLLMENT WILL BE DONE BY LOTTERY AGAIN THIS YEAR. DISCOVERY WILL LET YOU KNOW IF YOUR APPLICATION IS ACCEPTED.

Hi Knollwood Heights Elementary families! I’m Twila Meyers, your school’s Lifeways Counselor. My goal this year is to help support and encourage families by providing education and tips for building healthy relationships. Lots of little talks are more effective than one big talk. Small conversations make a big impression. Check out this month’s flier on building healthy coping skills in children! Travelin' Tom's Coffee truck will be at Knollwood from 8:00-12:30 on our Holiday Program Day! Purchase yourself your favorite drink and help support our school! Knollwood's PTO will receive a portion of every purchase as part of a fundraiser for our students.
Knollwood's Holiday Program is Tuesday, December 16th. See the attached flyer for specific times.
Students who are checked out early will NOT be eligible for perfect attendance for the month of December. This is still a regular school day with lots of learning to be done.
The students will have a dress rehearsal on December 15 for the other classes to watch. This is where siblings can watch their siblings perform. Please do not pull siblings from class to watch their other siblings perform on program day. If you do choose to check your student out early on program day, you must come sign them out in the office.
