Knollwood's PTO will be having a sucker sale on Friday, September 26th. Students may purchase suckers for 25 cents each, limit of 4 suckers. We will be having a sucker sale each month on the fourth Friday of the month. Monies raised will go to help purchase t-shirts for our students. Thank you for participating!

Knollwood's Picture Day is Friday, October 10th!
Order forms will be coming home closer to the picture date.
Picture's begin right away in the morning and go straight through until all students have had their picture taken. Please make sure your students are on time so they don't miss their picture time. We can't wait to see all those smiling faces!

Knollwood will be having our first Hat Day on Friday, September 12th. Students can pay $1.00 and they will be able to wear a hat all day. This is a fundraiser and monies collected will go towards purchasing Knollwood shirts for our students.

All visitors, including guardians, must check in at the main office every time you come into the building.

Knollwood Heights showed up! On Thursday, we had over 200 student families join for our Back to School/Meet the Teacher Night. It was hot, but awesome!

District Opener – Building Closure Notice
On Monday, August 18, all Rapid City Area Schools buildings will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to approximately 10:30 a.m. for our annual District Opener event. This is a special tradition where all RCAS staff gather to celebrate the start of the new school year and align for success. If you live in a bussed area and your student will be riding the bus this school year, please complete the 2025-2026 Bus Transportation Request Form—even if your student rode the bus last year.
This form is required annually to ensure we have the most accurate and up-to-date information for bus routing and scheduling.
