Discovery will be closing early on Thursday, October 1st due to our Family Engagement Event.
Please have students picked up by 4:30 and then come on over to our Culture Night from 4:30-6:30!
Discovery will also be closed on Friday, October 2nd. Please have an alternate dismissal plan for your student on that day and remember this is also an Early Dismissal Day. Students dismiss at 1:05 pm.

Your student will be coming home with a lanyard.
Please follow the instructions on the lanyard to sign up, send out the required amount of invites, write the prize code on the lanyard, have your student return the lanyard to school to receive their prize!

Hi Knollwood Heights Elementary families! I’m Twila Meyers, your school’s Lifeways Counselor. My goal this year is to help support and encourage families by providing education and tips for building healthy relationships. Lots of little talks are more effective than one big talk. Small conversations make a big impression. Check out this month’s flyer all about supporting your child as they head back to school! Please DO NOT have students enter through the front doors of the building. Students need to be dropped off on the playground. This is where they will enter the lunchroom and get their breakfast. If a student arrives after 8:00, they may come to the front door. After 8:05, they will need to get a tardy slip at the office. Thank you for your help with this.
